Patti DeNucci and I discussed the Energy of Conversations! Her curiosity over what made them so easy for her and so challenging for others sparked an eagerness to study just what it takes to connect with others. We spend so much time behind the screen, that we either get rusty at face to face communication, or maybe never really were comfortable in the first place.
