Paul Raspa grew up being discouraged to explore his curiosity, as a direct result of drowning as a 15th month old. Obviously, he lived, and he spent the next several decades reprogramming himself to give permission to be creative, expansive, and curious! This has led him to adopt a mindset of looking for opportunity, asking good questions, and being unafraid to meld confrontation with empathy.
